     This is a place where your gift(s) of the Spirit can be recognized and provided an opportunity to grow and to flourish; that you may become the man or woman of God for which you are destined to become! Its the teaching and preaching of the Word of God which feeds you: “the new creation in Christ Jesus” to set you a-blaze for the Lord and the Advancement of the Kingdom of God. Come! Grow your gift, work your gift! There are Men, Women and Youth Ministries awaiting you. Imagine the possibilities!   

    A History to be complete presently. So we strive to allow God's Completion!

     

    There are 5 buildings on the church property:

    The actual men of the church built them all. These facilities exceed 15,000 square feet giving the church a total of over 30,000 square feet and they had at one time 3,000 plus members. This blessing sets the church in a prime position for Kingdom Building. God has brought us from a small two story apartment building with 29 members in 1963 to our first brick building in 1965. In 1971, God blessed us to start expanding the second building and completed it in 1972. As the blessing continue with the addition of new members, the church expanded again in 1974 with offices and classrooms. And still the blessing continued with the addition of the westside sanctuary in 1982, the eastside lounge and the D Evans Fellowship Hall in 1985. God blessed the church to be fortunate in purchasing 19 lots to expand the parking.  

    A Pastor who says. "I want to partner, share and witness the growth in others".

     The Mission of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church is to be a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, seeking the salvation of others as led by and through the power of the Holy Spirit, developing toward full Christian maturity through exalting the Savior in worship, equipping the saints in discipleship, evangelizing the sinner through witness, and elevating society through missions and the ministry of reconciliation. (II Corinthians 5:18-19) FMBC PURPOSE SHALL BE TO WORSHIP GOD, FAST AND SUPPORT THE GOSPEL MINISTRY, EVANGELISM, CHRISTIAN MISSION, HOME & FOREIGN MISSION  & CHRISTIAN EDUCATION through the regular organized channels of the Church Body and make contributions to worthy charitable causes and benevolent agencies as our financial abilities will allow.

     The vision of the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church is to be a "soul winning" church whose primary aim is to grow! We aim to reach any human. Race or ethnic background and church orientation is not out of our scope of outreach. We envision a multicultural ministry! We envision equipping our members with passion and a message to win for Christ. The aim includes fostering multiple programs and ministries that will help and heal personal lives, family structures and relationships. We will seek to impact our area of ministry through authentic and attractive worship creations. We will provide needed social action roles for our own community when the need and God's endorsement is clear. Our targeted groups are the young adults and mid adults, who bear the concerns of their children, parents and grandparents. Family and significant relationships are important to our church. The ministry aim is to strengthen our church and be a blessing to society while the kingdom continues to expand.
